DoP honours personnel for outstanding contribution

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

The Department of Posts (DoP) recently organised the ‘Excellence Award Ceremony’ with great enthusiasm to honour officers and employees of the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Division for their remarkable work, dedication, and outstanding contribution during the financial year 2025–26.

Director of Postal Services (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Region), Dr Ajinkya Kale and Chief Postmaster General (Maharashtra Circle), Amitabh Singh were chief guests. In his address, he appreciated the efforts of the officers and employees and highlighted the importance of innovation, customer-centric services, teamwork, and efficient management in making India Post services stronger and more effective.

During the ceremony, heads of various departments, sub-divisional heads, and divisional employees were feted for their notable performance in areas such as business development, mail and parcel services, international postal services, Aadhaar services, PLI/RPLI business, POSB linking, and IPPB services. Employees who made special contributions to international postal and parcel services were also given special awards.

Officials and employees from Beed, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Bhusawal, Jalgaon, Dhule, Parbhani, Nanded, Latur, Dharashiv, as well as the RMS ‘L’ Division, Bhusawal, participated in the programme.
