Aurangabad, April 1:
Dr Mehrunnisa Pathan was appointed director of Tararbai Shinde Women’s Study Centre of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu) on March 31.
She took charge from her outgoing counterpart Dr Smita Awachar.
Dr Pathan has been in the field of teaching and research for the past 18 years. She is a teacher in the Department of English of Bamu. Vice-chancellor Dr Pramod Yeole made this appointment.
