The residents of Kumbahrwada and Dewan Deodi area are facing severe inconvenience as the water from the drainage system is flowing on the roads. The residents claimed that the drainage problem in the old city is getting severe. The ward office does not undertake the repairing work despite several complaints, the claimed.

The old city area is always crowded. Drainage water flows on the Kumbahrwada to Aurangpura police chawki road for the past few days. The residents had complained about it to the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) ward office. However, no adequate measures were taken by the administration. The similar situation is faced at the Diwan Deodi area. The AMC had made concrete roads in this area but drainage water has been accumulated along these roads. The traders in these areas face severe inconvenience while going to their shops. The drainage water flowing on road is a severe problem here and no action is taken for it by the administration, they claimed.
