Aurangabad, May 5:

Pune-based Yoga trainer and counsellor Ashok Deshmukh will deliver a lecture on ‘Stress Management’ at Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) between 11 am and 1 pm, on May 8.

Vice-chancellor Dr Pramod Yeole decided to hold various lectures in current to reduce stress and clear doubts of teachers, officers and employees in the current COVID situation.

Some of the university staff members are under stress with the pandemic spread. The initiative will help in maintaining mental and physical health in the hour of an outbreak. Pro-VC Dr Shyam Shirsath will also grace the event.

Registrar Dr Jaishree Suryavanshi and coordinator Sanjay Shinde appealed to all teaching and non-teaching staff members to attend the lecture online.
