Lok Adalat postponed due to COVID spread

Aurangabad, April 5:

The ‘Lok Adalat’jointly organised by National Legal Services Authority, State Legal Services Authority (SLSA) and District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) on April 10 was postponed because of COVID spread.

The DLSA office-bearers said that the SLSA had issued instructions on Monday.

All the pending civil matters and settlements in criminal cases were to be placed before the Lok Adalat.

President of the DLSA Shripad Tekale and secretary S D Indalkar appealed to all lawyers, their clients, officers of financial, insurance electricity, land acquisition and banks to take note of it.
