RKB Developers and Konark Builders have a stall at the Lokmat Property Show. The ‘Anandam Residency’ project includes 2 BHK flats and 2 BHK row houses. All 19 row houses have been sold, and out of 84 flats, only 25 are remaining. Besides, Ankit Bharuka and Anand Bharuka are developing a housing project named ‘Vasant Vihar Luxuria’ near Best Price Mall on Itkheda Road. It has luxurious 3 BHK flats. A unique feature of this project is that it offers the largest carpet area compared to projects in the surrounding area, along with more than 24 amenities.

Paripurti Group's 'Bhanudasnagar'

On behalf of the Paripurti Group, information about the plotting of 'Bhanudasnagar' is being provided at the Lokmat Property Show. Located in Waluj (B), at Gut Numbers 339 and 343/1 on Ramrai Road, 'Bhanudasnagar' is a large-scale project with 398 plots, approved by Cidco. The plots size varies from 600 sq.ft. to 3,000 sq.ft. and 70% of the plots have already been sold. By purchasing a plot, buyers can construct their desired homes. The project offers amenities like wells, underground water pipelines, drainage lines, rainwater harvesting, and streetlights. The information about Shivkrupa Residency, a row house project, and Nirman Residency, which are close to Bhanudasnagar, is also being shared.

Disha Group offers multiple options for plotting along major roads such as Paithan Road, Beed Bypass Road, Jatwada Road, and Nashik Road for NA-44 plots.
