MGM University to hold 11 days lectures series on different journalism aspects

Aurangabad, July 3:

MGM University's College of Mass Communication and Journalism will organise an 11-day online lecture series on different topics related to journalism from July 5 to 16.

Senior journalist and television producer Dr Sameeran Walvekar will deliver the first lecture on 'Introduction to Television Journalism' at 11 am on July 5.

The lectures will be held on different topics including 'Changing parameters in Reporting,' ‘Journalism: Scope and Opportunities,’ ‘Importance of Analysis in Journalism,' 'Journalism in the Capital: Skills and Opportunities,' ‘Finance Journalism, Commodity Market and Agriculture Reporting,' Digital Media: Scope and Career,’ ‘Kashmir after 370 and Role of Journalism’ and ‘Idea of Truth of Journalist.’

College Principal Dr Rekha Shelke and Senior Editor Praveen Bardapurkar said that registration is necessary for participation. For details, one may contact coordinators and teaching faculty members- Divya Kamble and Vivek Rathod.
