Aurangabad, March 2:

One air passenger, who had arrived in the city on Monday, have been reported as Covid-19 positive today.

As reported earlier, the health teams of Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) had conducted RT-PCR tests on 120 passengers arriving at the railway station by train and 41 passengers arriving at Chikalthana airport by plane on March 1. The AMC received the RT-PCR reports of these passengers today, and it stated that one air passenger is found Coronavirus infected.

It is for the second consecutive day a traveller had been found Covid-19 positive at the airport.

Meanwhile, the AMC health teams have conducted RT-PCR tests of 130 train passengers arriving in the city and 85 tests on air passengers at the airport today (March 2). The administration will receive their reports by tomorrow.
