This fundamental thought was presented by director Kedar Shinde during ‘Lokmat Sakhi’s Gappa-Tappa’. The interaction focused on the importance of emotions in women’s lives, their strength and their ability to recover from grief. The film Aga aga sunbai, kay mhanta sasubai? gives every woman the message to live every moment with happiness. Women turned up in large numbers to watch the film.

Popular actresses Nirmiti Sawant, Prarthana Behere and director Kedar Shinde interacted with Sakhi on Sunday. The programme was co-sponsored by Asian hospital and Dr Chate Homeopathy.

Women are not limited only to the home. With each other’s support, they can make big decisions. This film may have come late, but Lokmat Sakhi had sown the seed of awareness among women much earlier, said Kedar Shinde.

Nirmiti Sawant said that she had played light-hearted mother-in-law roles so far, but this role was completely different for her.

After a few days of shooting, Prarthana’s father passed away in an accident. Sharing her emotions from that period, she said the film gave her courage. Sorrows do come in life. Her father passed away, but she had to continue moving forward.
