Aurangabad, Jan 17:

The Department of Primary Education of Zilla Parishad was shifted near Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan office (Chelipura High School old building).

Chief executive officer Dr Mangesh Gondavale issued a circular about the shifting of the departments. Education officer (primary) Surajprasad Jaiswal called all employees on Saturday and Sunday for shifting documents and records.

The administrative proposal of new ZP building was given approval on January 14.

The offices of Social Welfare, Health, Panchayat, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Primary Education, Sanitation and Water, Mechanical and National Health Mission need to be shifted for the construction of the building.

So, Surajprasad Jaiswal called staff members and shifted all the furniture and records.

Besides Jaiswal, Ashwini Latkar, Bhausaheb Sonawne, Azhar Farooqui, Laeeq Saifee and others worked on Saturday and Sunday till late night.

All the departments of primary education came at one place. Around 20,000 teachers and employees will be benefited from all departments working at one place.

However, there is a need to colour the rooms, provide electricity connection and installing light and fans, sanitation and water and security as the place is a den of addicted people.
