Chhatrapati Sambhajiangar: The State Common Entrance Test Cell (SCETC) revised the session of Maharashtra Common Entrance Test-Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (MHT-CET-PCM) to be held on April 12 as it is clashing with the date of other national-level tests.
The Cell will conduct the CET between April 11 and 26 as the first session. However, the union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (NDA-NA)-I, 2026 on April 12.
The UPSC-Combined Defence Services Examination (UPSC-CDS) (I), 2026, will be arranged on April 12 while the Council of Architecture will hold ‘National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)- session-I on the same date. Those MHT-CET-PCM aspirants who are attempting UPSC-NDA-NA, CDS and NATA were allotted a schedule of tests on April 12.
The aspirants and their parents were worried over this and sent requests to the SCETC to reschedule the examination due to multiple national-level examinations being scheduled on April 12, 2026.
In view of the requests, the examination window for the PCM examination has been revised. As per the revised examination schedule, the test will be held between April 11 and 20 (excluding the session of April 12).
