Various contests on Women's Day

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Tarabai Shinde Women's Studies Centre of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University will organise various competitions, including poster and reel making, to celebrate International Women's Day and Savitribai Phule Memorial Day.

The subjects for the competitions included discrimination between boys and girls, female foeticide, child marriage, violence against women, women and work, women's health, women's education, environment and women. Interested students should send their reels to (directorwomenstudy@bamu.ac.in) by March 6.

Director Dr Pushpa Gaikwad and coordinator Dr Ashwini More have appealed to students to participate in the contests.
