Aurangabad, June 24: International Day of Yoga was celebrated at Ryan International School. This was a great opportunity for all the Ryan students to imbibe the value of disciple and being healthy.
Yoga is a mental, physical and spiritual practise that needs to be practised every day. The students participated enthusiastically and performed different yoga postures and also made posters related to yoga and ended with pranayama and meditation. The students expressed their gratitude to school chairman Dr A F Pinto and managing director Dr Grace Pinto for giving them an opportunity to learn Yoga.
