Bhutan Echoes is Bhutan's premier literary festival that celebrates literature, art, and culture. In 2010, Her Majesty the Queen Mother Ashi Dorji Wangmo Wangchuck, co-founded Bhutan's first literature festival; called Mountain Echoes, as a Bhutan-India initiative.
