Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], July 5: The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has approved the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) of Positron Energy Limited, facilitating the company's initial public offering (IPO). Positron Energy Limited had filed the necessary documents with the exchange to initiate its SME IPO on the NSE SME Emerge Platform. The company has plan to issue up to 22,00,000 shares, each with a face value of Rs 10, in the forthcoming IPO.
