Pragya Dubey’s Inspirational Journey From Childhood Dreams to Crores in Revenue

School students are known for their twinkling eyes full of dreams and the desire to make them come true. All of these choose their path and make a unique identity for themselves. However, few of them grow up to be inspirations. They aspire, achieve and inspire. And such is the story of young Pragya Dubey.

When Pragya was in high school, she was like any other student, full of dreams but unsure of what lay ahead. Fast forward a few years, and Pragya, now 22, has built a career that's inspiring young people across India. She's the co-founder of Dominator's Business Tribe, a platform that helps individuals grow their presence online and turn their skills into earnings.

Pragya grew up in a small-town environment, attending St. Anthony’s Senior Secondary School, and later went on to study Computer Science at UPTU. While her education provided a strong base, it was her curiosity and willingness to try new things that set her on a unique path.

At just 17, she started freelancing, creating content for brands. “I didn’t know much back then, but I was eager to learn,” Pragya recalls. Freelancing gave her a glimpse into the vast world of digital opportunities, and she decided to explore more.

Like many entrepreneurs, Pragya’s early experiments didn’t always go as planned. She tried dropshipping and Amazon FBA, but neither worked out. Instead of being discouraged, Pragya focused on learning. She took online courses in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, gaining the tools she needed to build a solid foundation.

Her first big success came when one of her content pieces went viral, reaching millions of viewers. By the age of 18, Pragya had earned ₹10 lakh, proving to herself that the effort was worth it.

Pragya’s journey wasn’t just about making money, it was about creating impact. She started offering live trainings to share what she had learned. To date, she has conducted over 500 sessions, teaching skills like content creation, financial planning, and online marketing. Her students, more than 2,500 of them, have gone on to achieve remarkable results, with some earning over ₹60 lakh through the skills she taught.

Pragya’s road wasn’t always smooth. At one point, she lost her Instagram account, which had over 70,000 followers, due to malicious reports. This was a major setback, as the account had been a key source of her business. But instead of giving up, Pragya started over, rebuilding her presence and focusing on her goals.

Pragya’s story isn’t just about her success. It’s about persistence, learning, and helping others succeed. Today, she continues to guide her community, showing them how to use digital tools to create opportunities. Her journey reminds us that you don’t have to have all the answers from the start, you just need the courage to begin.
