Pune Based Food Company Adinath Agro Renamed Adinova with New Brand Identity
Adinova, formerly known as Adinath Agro Processed Foods Pvt. Ltd., has officially rebranded itself as Adinova from May 7, 2026. The Pune-based packaged food company, known for its Winn and Surabhi brands, unveiled a refreshed corporate identity featuring a new name, logo, and digital presence as part of its expansion strategy beyond regional markets to a broader national footprint.
The rebranding comes at a time when competition in India’s packaged foods segment continues to intensify, with major players such as Hindustan Unilever Limited’s Kissan and Tata Consumer Products strengthening their presence in the category.
As part of the new identity, the company introduced a redesigned logo featuring a gold and green sunburst above the letter “A,” symbolising its agricultural heritage and long-term growth ambitions.
Commenting on the transition, Rajesh Gandhi, Managing Director, Adinova, said, “As we have grown - in scale, reach and ambition - it felt right to give our company an identity that reflects who we truly are. The spirit of Adinath lives on in Adinova, now expressed with the confidence it has always deserved.”
Chandan Polekar, Chief Executive Officer, Adinova, added, “Adi speaks to our roots - pure ingredients and honest quality. Nova speaks to where we are going - innovation, new categories and a brand that resonates equally with every stakeholder we serve.”
Meanwhile, Hithendra Ramachandran, Managing Director of Carpediem Capital, said, “Adinova has built a strong, differentiated business and this rebrand is the natural expression of that progress. We are fully backing this team and are confident Adinova is well-positioned for its next phase of growth.”
