BAN vs PAK 1st Test Highlights
Bangladesh captain Najmul Hossain Shanto starred with the bat across both innings. He scored 101 in the first innings and followed it up with 87 in the second to guide the hosts to a commanding position. Mominul Haque and Mushfiqur Rahim also made important contributions in Bangladesh’s first-innings total of 413.
Pakistan responded with 386 runs in reply, led by opener Azan Awais’ century and half-centuries from Abdullah Fazal, Salman Ali Agha and Mohammad Rizwan. However, Bangladesh spinner Mehidy Hasan Miraz claimed a five-wicket haul to keep the hosts ahead.
