Maharashtra HSC Board Result 2026 Out: How to Download Class 12th Marksheet at hscresult.mkcl.org?

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) on Saturday released results of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or Class 12 board exam results 2026. Students can check their marksheet on the official websites, including hscresult.mkcl.org and mahahsscboard.in.

This year, the overall pass percentage stood at 89.79 per cent. According to the state board, a total of 15,32,487 students had registered for the examination across the state. Among them, 7,99,773 students were from the Science stream, 3,80,692 from Arts, 3,20,152 from Commerce, 27,378 from the vocational stream and 4,492 from Industrial Training Institutes (ITI).

The examinations were conducted across 3,387 centres, with participation from students enrolled in 10,664 junior colleges. The state board stated that CCTV cameras were installed at 95% of the examination centres to strengthen monitoring during the exams.

How to Check Maharashtra HSC Result 2026

Students can check and download their results by following these steps:

1. Visit the official website — mahahsscboard.in or hscresult.mkcl.org

2. Click on the Maharashtra Board Result link on the homepage

3. Select the Class 12/HSC result option

4. Enter the required details, including roll number and name

5. The result will appear on the screen

6. Download and save the marksheet for future reference

Students can also fetch their digital marksheets through DigiLocker.

The board has also advised students to keep a printed copy of the result for college admission and future academic use.

To pass the examination, students must secure at least 35 per cent marks in each subject, including both theory and practical components.

In previous years, the Maharashtra HSC results were declared on May 5 in 2025, May 21 in 2024, May 25 in 2023 and June 8 in 2022.
