The Tashan actress took to her Instagram story and shared an unseen photo of performing yoga at the beach. The actor is seen wearing a white and red bikini and posing in a standing asana. Even during her pregnancy, Kareena had showed some yoga asanas while endorsing a brand. She showed several yoga poses while flaunting her bare baby bump.
Kareena is a major follower of Yoga, and she is known to start her day with suryanamaskars. The actress recently, found a new kind of yoga routine, for the mouth. Kareena recently posted about the yoga routine and tagged her friend, asking her to elaborate further. “I like to start my mornings with yoga because I truly believe in its transformational power, both for the mind and body. So, it’s only natural that I’m excited about a new discovery called yoga for the mouth! It’s essentially an Ayurvedic practice of an oil pulling routine, which is a great technique for detoxification," she said in the caption. The 40-year-old star who is known for following a super healthy and desi diet, her go-to workout style is even more holistic. Yoga is one of her favourite go-to regimes and she has been doing it for the past 10 years.
