Rukhsar Rehman Celebrates Eid at Home with Family and Friends, Embracing the Festive Spirit
Actress Rukhsar Rehman, known for her remarkable performances in Bollywood films like Uri: The Surgical Strike and PK, Khuda Hafiz 2 and many more, celebrated Eid in the most heartfelt way—surrounded by family and close friends at her home. The festive gathering was filled with love, laughter, and warmth, as she hosted a grand Eid lunch for her loved ones. Dressed gracefully in a stunning green and blue salwar, Rukhsar looked elegant as she embraced the joy and togetherness of the occasion. Sharing details about her celebration, Rukhsar said, “Eid lunch was at my place itself, with my daughter Aisha, so many of my friends, her friends, and family gathered together.” For her, Eid is a time of gratitude, love, and cherishing beautiful moments with those who matter most. The day was filled with delicious festive delicacies, laughter, and heartfelt conversations, making it a truly special occasion. From traditional Eid dishes to warm hospitality, the celebration reflected the essence of togetherness and the joy of sharing. Rukhsar’s home was brimming with positivity and happiness as everyone came together to mark the festival with love and gratitude.

Expressing her heartfelt wishes for the festival, she added, “May the next Eid-ul-Fitr be even better than this one! Khwaeeshein itni ki har khwahish pe dum nikle.” As she welcomed the month of sukoon, prayers, and reflection, the actress ensured that the true spirit of Eid was celebrated with immense joy and togetherness. Rehman made her film debut in 1992 with a lead role in Deepak Anand's Yaad Rakhegi Duniya opposite Aditya Pancholi and also appeared in J.K. Bihari's Inteha Pyar Ki opposite Rishi Kapoor. However, at the request of her father, she left her career and moved back to her hometown Rampur in Uttar Pradesh to start a garment business.In 2005, she returned to acting with Ram Gopal Verma's crime drama D, in which she played Randeep Hooda's girlfriend. She also featured in Verma's Sarkar the same year. In 2008, she appeared in Rumi Jaffery's God Tussi Great Ho as Salman Khan's sister. In 2009, she starred in The Stoneman Murders alongside Kay Kay Menon. Film critic Taran Adarsh in his review for the film called her a "complete natural".She also had supporting roles in Benny and Babloo (2010), Knock Out (2010), Allah Ke Banday (2010), Shaitan (2011) and PK (2014).
