Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla turned 40 on Saturday. The actor celebrated his birthday with singer Shehnaaz Gill, who was the second runner-up in Bigg Boss 13. The duo occupied a spot on the list on trends on Saturday after a video of Sidharth cutting his birthday cake with Shehnaaz surfaced online, However, the Dil Se Dil Tak actor landed in trouble on his special day as he was seen arguing with a man in a inebriate manner. A video has surfaced on social media. In the clip, the man recording the video tells Sidharth, "Aapne bewajah garib ko maara (You've hit the poor man without any reason)." To which Sidharth answers, "Usne mujhe chaaku dikhaya (He threatened me with a knife)."
The man in the video is heard saying, "Yeh Sidharth Shukla hai. Drink kar ke gaadi chala raha hai (This is Sidharth Shukla. He is driving under the influence of alcohol)."The man went towards Sidharth and the actor told him to stop recording. A source close to Sidharth Shukla revealed, "Sidharth’s brother-in-law received a call from his staff regarding some goons at the wee hours of the morning and went to check what was happening. When he and Sidharth spotted and tried to stop them, the men threatened them with knives."The goons have been arrested. The source further added, "Sidharth and his brother-in-law somehow managed to take them to a local police station and the culprits are behind the bars now."The source also revealed that Sidharth Shukla was sober during the fiasco and this was all done to malign his image. Sidharth took to Twitter to inform everyone that he is officially 40 now. The tweet was especially addressed to Rashami Desai, Paras Chhabra, Mahira Sharma and Vishal Aditya Singh, who age=shamed the actor on Bigg Boss 13. He wrote that he has officially turned 40 but he is still not a 'buddha'.
