Sonakshi Sinha has taken to her Twitter to condemn the shocking mob lynching which took place in Palghar. The actress mentioned that the act displays humanity at its worst. She also added that taking away someone's life is horrifying, irrespective of religion or occupation.

The 'Dabangg' actress took to the micro-blogging site and tweeted, " #PalgharMobLynching displays humanity at its worst. Taking away someone's life is horrifying, irrespective of religion or occupation. These are times when we should be coming together to help the other and not wage wars. Hope Justice is served."

For the uninitiated, a mob of around 200 villagers mocking all lockdown standards lynched three people, including two Hindu sadhus and a driver, in Palghar, Maharashtra on April 17. Reportedly, the three men were travelling from Nashik to Surat.Meanwhile, the Maharashtra government has handed the over the Palghar case to the Criminal Investigation Department.
