Kartik Aaryan who is riding on the success of his last film Pati Patni Aur Woh is all set to star in a action film which will be helmed by Tanhaji director Om Raut. According to a report in Pinkvilla, everything is still in the planning stages and if all goes well the actor will sign the dotted line soon. The leading lady for the film is also yet to be finalised by the makers.  Om Raut who directed the recently released Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior hit the jackpot after his period drama starring Ajay Devgn was declared a blockbuster.

The movie enterd the 200 crore club and was declared tax-free in Maharashtra, and many other states of India. On the work front Kartik is gearing up for the release of Love Aaj Kal opposite Sara Ali Khan which is slated to hit theatres on the 14th of February 2020. Apart from the romantic drama the actor will also be seen in the sequel of Bhool Bhulaiyaa and Dostana opposite Janhvi Kapoor.
