Vedang Raina recently got several hearts fluttering with Maskara song from Imtiaz Ali’s Main Vaapas Aaunga, and undoubtedly, the actor revived the subtle charm of the classic romantic world of Ali. As the song continues to win hearts, Vedang Raina took to his social media handle to share a heartwarming BTS video, accompanied with a warm note of gratitude.
The actor shared that to live in Imtiaz Ali’s world as ‘Keenu’ is something he still can’t process. “I can't put into words how much all this means to me,” he wrote in his post and thanked Imtiaz Ali, AR Rahman and Irshad Kamil for shaping his understanding of film and music. “To get an opportunity to sing Maskara and then live it through Imtiaz sir’s lens as Keenu, is something I can’t still really process. Just grateful beyond imagination. Keenu coming soon🤍 “ he added.
Vedang Raina is over the moon for lending his voice for Maskara song from the upcoming film. Billed as a charming story of love and longing, Main Vaapas Aaunga also stars Diljit Dosanjh, Sharvai and Naseeruddin Shah. It also marks the reunion of Imtiaz Ali, AR Rahman and Irshad Kamil, who previously collaborated on Amar Singh Chamkila, Tamasha and Rockstar.
Directed by Imtiaz Ali, Main Vaapas Aaunga is generating the right buzz among the audience. And on this note, the season of classic romance begins in the theatres on June 12.
