A few months back, Abhinav had leveled several allegations against Shweta. He had alleged that Shweta was taking her son away from her. Now Abhinav has sent a defamation notice to Shweta.

Shweta Tiwari's estranged husband Abhinav Kohli on Monday went live from outside her residence and alleged that the actress is not letting him meet their son Reyansh. On Monday evening, Abhinav Kohli went LIVE on Instagram from outside Shweta Tiwari’s home. During the live session, many fans witnessed Abhinav standing outside Shweta’s home, calling for his son Reyansh. After the live session ended, Kohli posted a video for everyone that sees him standing and knocking on Shweta’s door constantly. He revealed that he met his son Reyansh for a few minutes, and when he got back to meet him again, nobody was answering the door or opening it up for him. He claimed that Shweta’s mom and daughter Palak Tiwari stay in that part of the house. In the video, Abhinav is seen calling for his son and knocking on the door constantly. He also claimed that his son is in the house. He shared the video and called it ‘torture’.

Abhinav also shared a screenshot of his message to Shweta which read, "I came, nobody responded where is the baby. I called you why didn't you pick up. Have you closed the baby in the room? Have you put him in jail. You just now made me meet him and now again vanished. Is he with you or you have asked to lock him inside? Why are you torturing the poor guy? You will ruin him like this (sic)."

Kohli has sent Shweta Tiwari a legal notice for defamation. He added, "If Shweta doesn't respond to the notice in 14 days, I'll decide on the further course of legal action against her."
