Healthy food is necessary for our body but it is also important to pay attention towards the quantity in which you eat. An overdose of anything can be harmful to our body. During the corona period, it is important to keep the body healthy, so, we are going to tell you about some foods that needs to be eaten in right amount.

Water – Drinking too much water also damages our body. It is said about water that the more water you drink, the better it is, but excess water causes damage for us. Too much water can cause electrolyte imbalance by increasing sodium levels.

Carrots: Carrots contain beta carotene, which is converted to vitamin A in your body. Excessive vitamin A causes carotenemia in our body. There is a type of disease that turns the skin yellow. So do not consume too much carrot.

Avocado: Avocado is a great source of fiber and vitamins in avocado. Avocado has 240 calories which is about 10% -20% of a person’s calorie intake and consuming too many calories can cause arterial problems. About half or 1 avocado should be eaten in a day.

Beetroot – Beetroot is a great source of vitamins and minerals. It also contains several nitric oxides that convert your body to nitrate, which can help lower your blood pressure. It is then converted to nitrosamine. Which is found in red meat, so both are forbidden to eat together.

Soy - Soy and its derivatives Soy foods are rich in nutrients including vitamin B, fiber, potassium, magnesium and high quality protein. It is considered a complete protein because it contains all 9 essential amino acids. But if you have thyroid problems then use soy.
