An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.7 jolted 58 km W of Port-Vila, Vanuatu at 0049 GMT on Tuesday, the US Geological Survey (USGS) said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 14.0 km, was initially determined to be at 17.75 degrees south latitude and 167.759 degrees east longitude. (/ Xinhua)
