Warren's campaign said on Friday that the amount was from 443,000 donors making nearly 900,000 contributions, with an average donation of $23, Xinhua news agency reported.
In a tweet, the 70-year-old Senator said that nearly one million donors pitched in to raise more than $71 million for her presidential run in 2019.
"I'm so deeply grateful for everyone supporting our campaign," she added.
Warren announced her presidential bid in February 2019 and has campaigned on a series of progressive policies.
The former Harvard University professor is currently at the third place in the latest RealClearPolitics polling average, with former US Vice President Joe Biden on the first and followed by Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders in second position.
Biden's presidential campaign has announced that it raised $22.7 million in the fourth quarter in 2019, its best performing quarter to date, while Sanders has reported raising $34.5 million in the same period, the highest of all among Democratic hopefuls.
Other Democratic presidential candidates who have also reported strong fourth-quarter fundraising performances include Pete Butigieg, mayor of South Bend, Indiana, entrepreneur Andrew Yang and Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar.
President Donald Trump's fundraising has outpaced any of his Democratic challengers, as his re-election campaign announced that it began the new year with more than $100 million in the bank.
His re-election campaign raised $46 million in the fourth quarter of 2019, a figure allowing it to end the 2019 calendar year with $102.7 million cash in hand.
It raised a total of $143 million throughout 2019.
The presidential election is scheduled to be held on November 3.
