As temperatures rise, the effects are directly visible on our skin. If we do not take proper care of our skin, wrinkles may begin to appear on the face—or the skin may start to sag at a relatively young age. Consequently, many people turn to expensive creams or products. However, you can prevent skin wrinkles at a minimal cost by using certain home remedies. One such remedy is rice gel. If you wish to achieve naturally glowing and healthy skin, rice gel can be an excellent choice. This remedy nourishes the skin, helps eliminate blemishes, and leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth. So, let's take a look at how to prepare this remedy.

Ingredients: Half a cup of white rice, 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel, 2 tablespoons of green tea, 1 teaspoon of honey, oil from 1 Vitamin E capsule, half a teaspoon of glycerin, 1 tablespoon of fermented rice water, and 1 tablespoon of cucumber juice.

How to Prepare Rice Gel: First, thoroughly wash the rice twice. Next, cook it in two cups of water for 15 minutes. Continue boiling until the water turns milky-white in color. Then, turn off the heat and allow the water to cool down. Once cooled, blend the mixture in a blender. After blending, strain the resulting paste thoroughly through a fine cloth. Then, place this paste in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Once the paste has thickened, add the aloe vera gel, green tea, Vitamin E oil, glycerin, rice water, and cucumber juice, and mix everything together thoroughly. Your rice gel is now ready. You can use this preparation for approximately one week.

How to Apply: Before applying the rice gel to your face, wash your face thoroughly with water. Apply the rice gel only after cleansing your face. Apply the rice gel by gently tapping it onto your face with your fingers; this ensures that it penetrates deep into the skin. You may apply sunscreen or a night cream a short while later. Applying the gel before going to bed at night yields even greater benefits, as it works effectively on the skin throughout the night. In fact, you can apply this gel every night. Those with excessively dry skin may apply it twice a day.
