When there are any changes in our body, we start getting its early signs. Vitamins, minerals, iron is one of the most important minerals in our body, which helps in producing hemoglobin in the blood. When iron deficiency starts affecting our health, it affects our mental health as well, from changes in skin color to mental health. Iron deficiency makes the body hollow from the inside. We do not have the strength to even stand up and sit down.

We easily ignore the things that seem simple to us. Due to this, we constantly feel tired or dizzy. We see symptoms like difficulty in breathing, change in skin color. These are not just stress but also symptoms of iron deficiency. Let's know what are the five other symptoms of iron deficiency?

1. Constant fatigue: If you feel tired after waking up in the morning. If your body loses energy after a little work, it may be due to iron deficiency. Due to iron deficiency, the body cannot be supplied with the right amount of oxygen, which causes early fatigue.

2. Lip color changes: Lack of blood causes changes in many parts of the body. Its effect is visible on your face. Your skin, lips or the area under the eyes starts to turn yellow or white. This also reduces the glow on your face.

3. Dizziness: Dizziness occurs if the body does not get the right amount of iron or blood supply. In this, not enough oxygen reaches the brain. Problems like constant headaches, dizziness or heaviness in the head occur.

4. Difficulty in breathing: If you increase physical activity, you start feeling unwell, this is also due to iron deficiency in the body. Sudden heart palpitations, difficulty walking or climbing stairs. This happens when the body does not get enough oxygen.

5. Hair loss:Iron deficiency also affects our hair and nails. Due to which we have to face problems like hair loss, white or yellow spots on the nails, constant breakage of nails or thinning of nails.
