Ram Navmi is celebrated marking the birth of Lord Rama all over the India. This festival coincides with the Chaitra Navratri. Devotes offer prayers and do homa and concludes their nine-day Navratri celebration which is also known as Ram Navmi. In Hinduism, Lord Rama is worshiped as an ideal man and a great warrior. According to the Panchang, Ram Navami is celebrated on the Navami Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Chaitra month. Many are uncertain about the exact date of the festival in 2025. 

Ram Navami, determined by the Navami Tithi in the Hindu Panchang, will be celebrated on April 6, 2025. The Navami Tithi begins at 7:26 PM on April 5, 2025, and ends at 7:22 PM on April 6, 2025. The auspicious time (Shubh Muhurat) for Puja is from 11:08 AM to 1:39 PM on April 6, 2025. Because the Navami Tithi prevails at sunrise on April 6, this day is observed as Ram Navami.

Ram Navami Shubh Muhurat

On 6 April 2025, the auspicious time for worship on the day of Ram Navami will start from 11:08 am. This time will remain till 1:39 pm. You can worship Lord Shri Ram during this period.

Ram Navami Shubh Yoga

According to the Panchang, Pushya Nakshatra is being formed on Ram Navami. Apart from this, Sukarma Yoga will remain on this day, which is till 6.54 pm. After this, Dhriti Yoga will be formed.

Ram Navami Puja Vidhi

1. For the worship of Ram Navami, take a bath in the morning itself.
2. Now take a stool and install the idol of Lord Shri Ram, Sita ji, Laxman ji, and Hanuman ji on it.
3. Now apply sandalwood to Lord Ram and offer him flowers, Akshat, incense.
4. After this, light a lamp with pure Desi Ghee and offer sweets and fruits to the Lord.
5. Now recite Shri Ramcharitmanas, Sundarkand, or Ram Raksha Stotra.
6. During this, also chant the mantras of Lord Ram, this keeps a positive feeling in the mind.
7. Now do the Aarti of the Lord and ask for forgiveness for the mistake made during the worship.
