Method: 1. Take the fennel seeds and rock sugar in a blender jar. Maintain a ratio where the amount of rock sugar is half the amount of fennel seeds. Add four to five black peppercorns to the mixture. Add the rock salt. Grind all the ingredients into a fine powder. Store this prepared powder in an airtight container.

2. Take a portion of the prepared powder in a glass. Add lemon juice to it. Add a few mint leaves. Also, add some ice. Mix everything together and drink it chilled.
