BJP leader Chitra Wagh, who had criticized Sanjay Rathod in the Pooja Chavan suicide case on Tuesday lodged a complaint in BKC police station with Deputy Commissioner of Police, Cyber ​​Division, Reshmi Karandikar. A morphed photo Chitra Wagh with Sanjay Rathod had gone viral on social media after which she complained to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and Home Minister Anil Deshmukh. 

BJP leader Chitra Wagh, had taken a stand against the Maha Vikas Aghadi government for shielding minister Sanjay Rathod in the Pooja Chavan case. She had urged Home Minister Anil Deshmukh to order a fair probe into the matter as her family was reportedly under pressure.

Earlier on Satuday, a case was registered against Kishore Wagh, husband of Chitra Wagh. The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has filed a case against Kishore Wagh him in unaccounted property case. 

"My husband has not taken a single rupee. He was not there. The Anti-Corruption Bureau is harassing my husband. I have never taken loan from Mumbai Bank. We will fight a court battle against this," she said.
