NCP corporator from Kalwa Milind Patil has made this shocking claim that Maharashtra Housing Minister Jitendra Awhad is COVID-19 positive. Besides, Patil also said his second test came negative three days later.

Patil made this claim in a Facebook video where he claimed that Awhad had tested positive for the virus three days ago. But with proper medications and treatment within three days his repeat tests came negative. Along with the minister his 7-8 staff have also tested COVID-19 positive as per Patil's claim. 

Jitendra Awhad on Monday decided to quarantine himself after he came in contact with a person who tested COVID-19 positive.

Maharashtra Housing Minister Jitendra Awhad, recently was in news when a 40-year old man claimed that he was assaulted by 10-15 men at the minister's bungalow.
