The first incident took place near the Markaz Mosque in the city's Apna Corner area, while the second incident was reported in the Dattanagar locality along Jintur Road.

A fire suddenly broke out around 12:00 PM in a closed warehouse located in the Apna Corner area. The blaze sent massive plumes of smoke billowing across the locality, creating an atmosphere of panic for a brief period. Deputy Mayor Ganesh Deshmukh immediately alerted the Fire Department about the incident.
