A 22-year-old man was brutally beaten to death over a minor dispute during the Holi festival celebration in Mumbai's Wadala area on Tuesday, March 3. The incident took place in the Kokanipada area tround 4.30 pm, according to Mumbai Police.
The incident occurred when the victim's foot accidently touched one of the accused while they were drinking. An argument between the victim, identified as Tushar Ujjainwala and the accused broke out, which later turned violent, resulting in murder.

The victim was declared dead at Sion Hospital. According to doctors at the hospital, he succumbed to injuries and trauma to his left toes and middle fingers, a head injury and blunt force trauma to the right side of his face, according to The Times of India report.
A hospital doctor has been told that Tushar was attacked by 8 to 10 people while playing Holi near the Wadala Truck Terminus. Wadala Police have arrested four accused and registered a murder case. An investigation is underway, said police.
Meanwhile, some others were also injured and paediatric patients as young as five years old were brought in with allergic rashes, while others were referred to ophthalmology or orthopaedic wards.
