Mumbai Local Train Update: Central Railway will carry out a special traffic and power block on Friday, January 17, 2025, and Sunday, January 19, 2025, in the afternoon for engineering work at Karjat station.
On Friday, from 1:50 p.m. to 3:35 p.m., suburban local services between Badlapur and Khopoli will remain closed. The block will affect the Up and Central lines between Palasadhari (excluding crossover) and Karjat stations (with crossover), as well as the Up and Down lines between Karjat (with crossover towards Panvel) and Chowk Bhivpuri station (excluding crossover).
On Sunday, a block will occur from 11:20 p.m. to 1:05 a.m. between Palasadhari (excluding crossover) and Karjat stations (with crossover) on the Up and Central lines, and from Karjat (with crossover) to Chowk Bhivpuri station (excluding crossover) on the Up and Down lines.
The block will affect the UP and DN lines between Palasdari, Bhivpuri Road, and Karjat Chowk. As a result of the block on Friday, January 17, 2025, the following train services have been cancelled:
- SKP11_96011 Karjat - Khopoli Dep-15:39 HRS
- SKP14_96014 Khopoli - Karjat Dep-14:55 HRS
Additionally, the following train services will be short-terminated:
- KP5_95005 CSMT - Khopoli (Dep. 12:20 hrs) will run up to Ambernath
- S23_95119 CSMT - Karjat (Dep. 13:19 hrs) will run up to Ambernath
- S25_95121 CSMT - Karjat (Dep. 13:40 hrs) will run up to Badlapur
- S34_95128 Karjat - CSMT will start from Ex Ambernath (Dep. 15:55 hrs)
- KP8_95008 Khopoli - CSMT will start from Ex Ambernath (Dep. 16:14 hrs)
- S36_95130 Karjat - CSMT will start from Ex Badlapur (Dep. 17:26 hrs)
