Mumbai local trains were running late on Friday morning, March 27, due to a technical glitch at the Borivali railway station. The delay in the services frustrated office goers and morning commuters on the Western line towards Churchgate.
The Divisional Railway Manager of Mumbai Division of Western Railway responded to commuters' complaints about the user complaint that the local trains are running behind schedule. "Dear passenger, your train got delayed due to technical failure at BORIVALI station. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted," said DRM in a post on X.
Several passengers took to the social media platform X to complain about Mumbai local train disruptions. A railway passenger from Bhayandar wrote, "The passengers' troubles continue unabated. #WR's fast local 90186 (7:40 AM from Bhayandar to Churchgate) departs late every day and arrived at Bandra at 8:40 today. Despite numerous complaints, no improvements have been made."
