In a major development in the Nesco Concert Drugs case, Vanrai Police have arrested a 31-year-old woman from Mira Road, taking the total number of arrests in the case to 11.

According to police officials, the accused woman’s bank account was allegedly being used by members of the drug syndicate to carry out financial transactions. During the investigation, it was revealed that payments for the purchase of narcotic substances were made online into her account by individuals linked to the syndicate.

Police further stated that one of the previously arrested accused, Ayush Sahitya, had also transferred money to the woman’s account after purchasing drugs.

The probe has uncovered key details about the modus operandi of the syndicate. Investigators found that the woman was in contact with multiple members of the network and used to procure narcotics through a male associate believed to be the main supplier. After obtaining the drugs, other members of the syndicate would distribute them to customers at various live events.

The main supplier in the case is currently absconding, and efforts are underway to trace and arrest him. Police officials said that further investigation is in progress to dismantle the entire network and expose all links associated with the drug syndicate.
