Mumbai Weather Forecast: Temperature Likely to Rise to 34 Degree Celsius From February 15

The temperature in Maharashtra's capital was pleasant on Wednesday morning, February 12. The minimum temperature dipped to 16.5 degrees Celsius, which was 1.2 degrees below normal, at the regional Santacruz observatory of the India Meteorological Department (IMD). 

The Colaba observatory recorded a minimum of 20 degrees Celsius around the seasonal average. IMD's Santacruz observatory recorded  32.9 degrees Celsius maximum temperature in the day and Colaba regional centre reported 30 degrees Celsius. However, the cooling wind may be short-lived as Met Department has forecast that the maximum temperature will rise by 34 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature will be 17 degrees Celsius during the weekend (February 15 and 16).

The minimum temperature in the city today was recorded at 22.99 degrees Celsius. According to the IMD, the sky is likely to remain today (February 13). The maximum temperature is expected to be around 28..11  degrees Celsius. The AQI in Mumbai today stands at 173.0, indicating moderate air quality in the city.
