Abhinav Arora Attacked: Mob Attacks Child Spiritual Influencer’s Car With Stones And Sharp Weapons In Delhi Road Rage

In a road rage incident in Delhi's Tilak Nagar area, the family of child spiritual influencer Abhinav Arora was attacked by sharp weapons and stones were also pelted. According to News18, the incident took place on the Mall Road in West Delhi on Thursday, April 9. 

The incident occurred at around 10 pm near Singla Restaurant on the busy Tilak Nagar Main Market, when Abhinav's father was driving the car in the area when motorcycle grazed. It is said to be a minor collision between his car and a bike, resulting in a confrontation that sent bystanders fleeing and left the area in panic.

The bikers who confronted Abhinav's father for the car incident argued violently. The argument turned into the physical destruction of the vehicle of Abhinav's father. Motorcyclists allegedly smashed his car with rods and a chain. They also smashed the car's front glass, including the bonnet and broke its windows in full public view.

Delhi Police said that Abhinav was not in the vehicle at the incident. Only his father and other family members were travelling in the car.  No one sustained physical injuries, the report added.

Abhinav's father informed police and a team from Tilak Nagar Police Station, and the brought the situation under control Police are currently examining CCTV footage from the surrounding area to investigate all aspects of the incident, the report noted.

Abhinav shared the video of the attack on the social media platform Instagram. He wrote that those who watch a house burn must remember that the thatched roof belongs to them too; that silence in the face of another's suffering eventually invites the same fate upon oneself, News18 reported.

Abhinav Arora's father, Tarun Raj Arora, narrated the incident to the news agency ANI. "This incident occurred on the 7th April, in the Tilak Nagar area. I was returning after dropping my niece off at her hostel when our car grazed a motorcycle. A child was standing in front of that bike, and his mother perceived that our vehicle had somehow injured him, a claim that was later refuted by CCTV footage, which revealed that there was actually a distance of approximately one meter between our vehicle and the child. It was a family of six individuals who approached our vehicle and launched an attack on it," he said to ANI.

"The woman in question began hurling abusive language and proceeded to smash the car's bonnet... We locked ourselves inside the car, and within a short time, a PCR van arrived with two officers on board. Handling the situation proved somewhat challenging for them, as the mob had become highly aggressive by that time... The medical examination clarified that my blood alcohol level registered at zero percent and regarding the allegation that we had caused injuries to the child, the medical report clearly established that the child had sustained absolutely no injuries," he added.
