Bengaluru Power Cut News: BESCOM Reduces Outages As Summer Begins
Bengaluru citizens are continuously experiencing power supply disruption in several areas as the summer is approaching. BESCOM is cutting off power almost every day due to work. That too, sometimes there is a disruption in power supply from 10 am to 5 pm. To solve this issue BESCOM has taken an important decision.
BESCOM officials have announced that there will be no power cuts in Bengaluru during the ongoing SSLC and PUC exams to support students. Parents have welcomed this decision, which will allow children to study without disruption. Additionally, BESCOM aims to minimize power outages as much as possible due to the early onset of summer heat, ensuring residents can comfortably use cooling appliances. This initiative has been positively received by the public.
BESCOM offers 11 WhatsApp helpline numbers in 8 districts for quick resolution of electricity complaints, supplementing the 24/7 1912 helpline which can be busy. Consumers are encouraged to use the WhatsApp service for faster assistance.
