Bhopal will experience a 3-7 hour power outage on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, affecting approximately 35 areas due to scheduled routine maintenance. The areas scheduled to experience power cuts include several major localities such as Danish Hills, Bhaisakhedi, Sarvadharma, Nishatpura, Nariyal Kheda, Gautam Nagar, Palasi, Badwai, and New Kohefiza.

Residents are advised to complete any essential electricity-dependent tasks in advance to avoid facing any inconvenience.

  • Sehore Naka (Bairagarh), Nagar Nigam Complex, T-Ward, Santji Kutiya, and surrounding areas will experience power cut from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. 
  • Bhaisakhedi, Mandi Bairagarh, and surrounding areas will experience power cut from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM 
  • Danish Hills View, Sagar Green Hills, Sarvadharma (Sector D), and surrounding areas from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
  • Mansarovar Complex, GRP Colony, Shanti Nagar, Ankur Complex, 7 Number Market, and surrounding areas from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM:
  • Jhulelal Market and surrounding areas from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. 
  • Gandhi Bhawan, Hindi Bhawan, Manas Bhawan, Shyamla Hills, and surrounding areas will experience power cut from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  
  • Firdosh Nagar, Sheetla Nagar, Nishatpura, Srinagar, Sardar Nagar, Nariyal Kheda, PGBT Road, Gautam Nagar, Sant Kanwarram Colony, and surrounding areas from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 
  • Sigma Green Colony, Comfort Heights Colony, Inox Colony, Neeraj Nagar, Emerald Tower, and surrounding areas will experience from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Palasi, Badwai, Elixir Green, Naish Space Colony, Raj Nagar, New Kohefiza, and surrounding areas from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
