There will be a power outage on March 20, 2026, due to maintenance on the transformer and tree trimming. This will affect the Vasundhara sector 7 and sector 16 areas of Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. These areas are serviced by the Vasundhara substation.

The power cut will be from 9:00am to 5:00 PM on Friday, electricity supply will be affected in Vasundhara Sector-5 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and in Vasundhara Sector-3 (Rail Vihar) from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Executive Engineer Ajay Kumar announced power supply infrastructure improvements are underway.

Ganga water failed to arrive throughout the morning and was still not restored by 7:30 PM, leaving residents without water on the first day of Navratri.

Residents should prepare for potential disruptions. Vaishali Sector-4 experienced a Ganga water supply suspension on Thursday morning and evening. Resident Ramesh Kumar noted the inconvenience, forcing residents to buy water for daily and drinking needs.
