BJP leader Kapil Mishra has made a tweet about Aam Aadmi Party suspended councillors Tahir Hussain. Kapil Mishra tweeted, Tahir Hussain plans to surrender Rose Avenue Court. 

A case has been registered against Tahir in connection with the alleged murder of Intelligence Bureau (IB) officer Ankit Sharma. Ankit Sharma was killed during the violence in north-east Delhi. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) then suspended Tahir Hussain for his alleged involvement in the violence. Violence in north-east Delhi on the issue of Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) has claimed at least 48 lives and injured 200.
