Man attempts suicide by going Live on Facebook, police save his life in nick of time

The Cyber Crime Branch of the Special Cell saved a life of a trader from Palam village who was attempting suicide going Facebook live in the midnight. If the police had been a few minutes late, the trader would have died. The trader had cut his vein on  his hand. But the police officer reached the spot in time and averted the incident. The man's life was saved by the police.

According to police, the incident took place around 1.30 pm on Thursday night. While Special Cell Cyber ​​Officer Aditya Gautam and Police Inspector Manoj Kumar were investigating an accused in a fraud case on social media. Then they realized that someone was trying to commit suicide by goin Live on Facebook. The police managed to trace the mobile number of the person who was attempting suicide. However, it was found that the mobile was switched off.

The police did not even had the address of the man. However, considering the seriousness of the case, the authorities traced the man. It was revealed that he was a resident of Palam village. But by the time police officers could reach the man's house, it will be too late, so the authorities immediately informed the local authorities in Palam village. Officer Parasnath of the local authority immediately sent a team to the spot. Then the police found out that the person who was attempting suicide was identified as Hira. He used to make sweets.

Hira had cut his vein of his hand. Hira has been under stress for the past few days. Hira took the last step. A stream of blood was flowing from the Hira's hand. In critical condition, police rushed Hira to a nearby hospital for treatment. Doctors then advised Hira to be admitted to a larger hospital. Police shifted them to the AIIMS Trauma Center. Hira is currently undergoing treatment there. According to the police, the threat to Hira's life has now been averted. Hira, 40, has two young children.
