Purple leaves- It is a great Ayurvedic remedy to control or eliminate cholesterol. It contains anthocyanins and antioxidants, which help lower cholesterol. For this, dry fresh purple leaves and make a powder. Then put this powder in water and boil it.

Fenugreek leaves- May be helpful in lowering cholesterol. It contains fiber that helps control cholesterol. For this, make a salad of fresh fenugreek leaves and eat it. Apart from this, wash fresh fenugreek leaves well and soak them in water overnight.
