Delhi Rain: Water logging situation after rain lashes parts of national capital

Many parts of Delhi faced waterlogging and traffic jams due to moderate to heavy rains on Wednesday morning. Due to rain, the minimum temperature was recorded at 23.8 degrees Celsius, three notches below normal, while the maximum temperature was around 33 degrees Celsius.
