Princess Mako from Japan has set an example for those who break the stereotypes associated with women by marrying a common man and also believing in love. Meanwhile, Princess Mako is married to a man from a normal family.
Princess Mako has been denied royal status for marrying her lover. Mako and her husband Kei Komuro will now live in the United States. According to Japanese media NHK, Princess Mako will be living with her husband in a one-bedroom flat in New York City.
Princess Mako has already left her royal bungalow in Tokyo. The couple is currently living in an apartment in Tokyo. After this, they are thinking of going to America.
The rent for a one-bedroom flat in some parts of New York City (such as Manhattan's West Mileage) ranges from Rs 2.2 lakh to Rs 8.2 lakh per month. Meanwhile, Mako's husband is a lawyer and works for a firm in the United States.
Mako is 30 years old and, is the eldest daughter of Crown Prince Fumihito of Japan. After an 8-year relationship, Mako married boyfriend Kei Komuro on October 26.
According to Japanese royal officials, Princess Mako was entitled to about Rs 9 crore when she left the royal family. But the princess refused to take the money. Meanwhile, Princess Moko is now rumored to be working in the United States.
The marriage of Princess Mako and Kei Komuro was also opposed in Japan. But when the wedding ceremony took place so the members of the royal family had attended the wedding. After the wedding, the couple held a press conference.
Princess Mako initially kept her relationship very private. After studying in Britain, she announced in 2017 that she would marry a common man. After a long argument, the Crown Princess of Japan agrees to Mako's marriage.
Prior to Princess Mako, her aunt Princess Sayako also returned the title of Princess. She married a Tokyo officer in 2005.
